I'm Jen ~ the creator and maker of Bohemian.
I'm from Hamilton, Ontario. A proud mama of 3 boys. When I'm not making bath and body
products, I'm a registered nurse specializing in
Forensic Psychiatry.
HOW BOHEMIAN WAS CREATED
All my life, I have struggled with dry, itchy, eczema skin. Every product I would use from the big box stores, drug stores, bath and body works you name it; would cause skin irritations such as redness, inflammation, and dry itchy skin. Now fast forward to the time when I had my kids. I quickly found out that my middle guy also suffered the same skin sensitivities and irritations. That’s when my interest in seeking natural skin care products really took off. I started to research some of the ingredients found in store bought products and was shocked to find out all the nasty chemicals, preservatives and well skin irritants found in these products. That was my motivation and inspiration to create skin care products that were free of the chemicals, preservatives and harmful ingredients for myself and my family. Thus, Bohemian was born. As a skin care/body brand, Bohemian strives to focus on ingredients that are clean, gentle, non-toxic and for all skin types; even for those who suffer from the most skin sensitivities. We want our customers to feel confident in what they are putting on their bodies at the same time as experiencing a luxurious spa-like experience ~ the Bohemian experience.
