SHIPPING POLICY
Currently shipping to Canada and the USA. Shipping costs will be calculated at check out.
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. These days are subject to change and can change depending on the season (ex. busier around the holidays) You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our home-based studio in Binbrook, Ontario. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and you will be emailed when your order is ready for pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with an address and pick up instructions. Please do not share this address with anyone out of respect for our privacy.
General pick up hours are between 9:30 am to 7:00 pm (EST). If you need to pick up outside of these designated times, please contact us at bohemianbathnbody@gmail.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we can work together on solving the issue. This may include a store credit or full refund depending on the circumstance. Thank you for your understanding.
